Pricing Your Home
The initial step in the process of listing your property involves conducting a site visit to review your home's current condition and ensure that we are comparing it to appropriate houses. At our firm, we understand that gathering the most recent data in the marketplace is crucial to making informed decisions. We approach this task with the seriousness it deserves, as we recognize that this is a significant decision for you.
When you choose us to list your property, we provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), which is a compilation of recent sales from your area. Our CMA considers the following factors:
- We seek properties within a close proximity to your home.
- The sales should have occurred within the last six months
- The properties must be of roughly the same age as your home
- The square footage of the comparable properties should be within 10 to 15 percent of your home's square footage.
Please feel free to call or text us at any time at 336-553-0796 to schedule a site visit or to learn more about our services.
